  "message": "Improved Python 3 support\n\nIn order to better support building Chromium with Python 3 on Windows it\nis helpful if --script-executable\u003dc:\\src\\depot_tools\\python3.bat will\ntranslate python3.bat to the appropriate python.exe path.
