  "message": "Remove some legacy versions of StartsWith and EndsWith.\n\nThis just replaces\n  true -\u003e base::CompareCase::SENSITIVE\n  false -\u003e base::CompareCase::INSENSITIVE_ASCII\n\nI checked the insensitive cases to make sure they\u0027re not doing anything suspicious. The old version is a sometimes-correct Unicode comparison so converting to INSENSTITIVE_ASCII isn\u0027t a no-op.
